Data Collection & Assessment

We begin by analyzing the point cloud data or inputs provided (laser scans, site photos, drawings). Our team checks file quality, coverage, and coordinate systems to ensure a strong foundation for modeling.

Project Planning​

​Model Setup & Preparation

We prepare the Revit project environment, set up levels, grids, worksets, and project templates. The point cloud is linked and properly positioned for efficient modeling.

BIM Modeling & Development​​

Our expert team models Architectural, Structural, and MEP elements with accuracy and according to the defined LOD (Level of Detail). We apply real-world dimensions and intelligent object classification.

We run a comprehensive QA/QC process, checking for geometry accuracy, alignment with point cloud, naming consistency, and proper family usage. Interim files may be shared with clients for feedback.

Delivery & Support​

Final BIM or CAD files are delivered in the requested format (e.g., Revit, DWG, IFC, PDF). We provide post-delivery support for minor revisions, model walkthroughs, and documentation.
